Access to factory mode is a real find, both for the owner of an electric car and for the master who repairs Tesla.
In the first case, you can track the parameters of the machine in the smallest detail, in the second, you can do almost anything in its settings.

For example, having access to the Factory Mode of Tesla cars, you can find out the date of birth of the car. The specialist, in turn, after activating this mode, can conduct a thorough diagnosis of the machine's electronics and remove electronic errors. In addition, the menu is available for calibrating the operation of sensors, and setting auto parameters.

Tesla Service Modes: Why Factory Mode?

In general, Tesla cars have more than one “special” mode, in addition to the mentioned Factory Mode, there are also Diagnostic Mode and Service Mode. 

The following Tesla repair and service operations are available in Factory Mode:
  • Diagnostics with removal of electronics errors;
  • Turn off the Valet mode (software power limit)

  • High-voltage battery diagnostics;
